Interiorscape USA Survey Results

The Interiorscape sector in the United States has recently (end 2002) completed a survey asking the question of "How do you expect your local interiorscape market to fare in 2003?" The survey answers were; 1). We expect our local market conditions to improve in 2003 = 46% 2). We expect 2003 to be less prosperous than 2002 = 24% 3). Not sure yet = 28% (source: Interiorscape.com)

This is surprising when the conditions in the USA are reported as being considerably tight economically and uncertain times prevailing. It is a positive sign for our companies here in Australia as the effect of utilising interior plants within our marketplace will certainly allow proactive contractors to draw on the examples and experiences from the United States. Our Australian facility managers, architects and designers can all relate to the research, experiences and statistics validated, quantified and qualified in that huge market.
